The one time sister company, taken with the transformation of Intec’s image and success, sought to make a similar upgrade to their new offices. The light cherry wood ceilings, sconce lit wood pilasters and granite floors connect the client spaces. An open coffee area at the conference rooms supports the conference functions and the evening client gatherings. The wide client corridor on the perimeter allows for client interaction and project display space. The office space is a 50/50 open to closed ratio with low workstation areas to promote interaction between project team members.
